This review comes from the absolute bottom of my heart. First, the food: It is hands-down the best around. Every bite was exceptional, showcasing incredible flavor and quality. It's truly life-changing cuisine that keeps you coming back for more. Second, the service: The service is genuinely the best I have ever experienced. The staff is attentive, warm, and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. But my experience transcended even these incredible standards. During my visit, I suffered a terrifying choking incident on my salmon. In that moment of sheer panic, the staff and even fellow patrons sprang into action with incredible speed and compassion. To the incredible woman (I wish I knew her name! Management, please pass this on!) who performed the Heimlich maneuver on me: You are my hero. You acted swiftly, calmly, and expertly, saving my life.
